Pros: – Extremely sharp display
– Great colors
– Easy to use and set up
– Decent build quality for the price` Cons: – When set to 180hz using display port, there would sometimes be some visual noise on the screen in lines 1 pixel wide, spread out on the screen. It’s relatively minor, but after switching to HDMI, I haven’t seen this issue since. Don’t know if it’s a cable issue or a port issue, but if you want the 180hz, I would see if it does the same thing. Overall Review: Very well priced, with that only shortcoming being relatively minor. Highly recommend.

Overall Review: Massive upgrade over my Samsung Odyssey 1080p 240hz display. I should have upgraded to 1440 a long time ago. Was blown away by how much of an improvement this monitor is over my old display.

Pros: – Easy setup. Just plug in the power cable & DisplayPort or HDMI cable (both of which are provided for you,) and that’s all.
– Great protective packaging. Everything arrived in pristine condition. No dead pixels on the monitor.
– No complaints about the colors or image quality at all. The image settings are all easy to adjust to your liking.
– Compared to other 1440p & high hz monitors, the price for this one is fantastic. To take advantage of the 185hz, don’t forget to actually enable a higher refresh rate Windows settings! Right click your desktop > Display Settings > select the Asus > Advance display settings > Refresh rate dropdown Cons: – The monitor stand may be a little flimsy for some people. Mounting this monitor to your wall might be a better option. Overall Review: Overall, incredibly happy with my VG271U purchase. If I ever have to go back to a 1080p 60hz monitor as my primary way of gaming, it will feel restrictive.

Pros: – Easy to setup
– Comes with 1440p and 2160p option
– You do need a capable HDMI cable for it to output 120~144hz refresh rate
– Eggcelent price/hardware ratio
– No issues so far Cons: – Is has a triangular back at the top, be mindful of this if you have light bars/cams
– Speakers are subpar, normal for monitors in this price range, not really a cons, but worth noting Overall Review: – Would recommend this product for the price range

Overall Review: The pricing is okay and the whole thing works well. But getting a dead pixel upon arrival makes the build quality questionable.

Pros: – Good color
– Responsive
– Minimum glare with lamp or natural light Overall Review: Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase! Saw this listing on pcpartpicker and was surprised by a 1440p 180Hz monitor for such a good price but this did not disappoint. For reference, I am using an RTX 3060 and Ryzen 5600x, and this monitor is able to show all of the features and speed I wanted when putting together my most recent build. The build quality is great in my opinion, I love the feel and colors on the physical monitor itself. The stand is metal so I don’t hear much creaking, if any, if I have to adjust it. Additionally, I didn’t; have to do much in my settings to get good performance from this monitor. I know with some displays, you may have to do a lot of adjusting with brightness and contrast, but I was able to plug this in and start right away! I was worried that I would’ve been impressed with pretty much anything since I came from a 1080p 60Hz monitor with a 1050ti, but I can tell that this is a sincerely good bang for your buck and I can easily recommend this product.

Pros: Easy to assemble the stand, easy to use. Handles switching being inputs seamlessly. Video is crisp, colors vibrant. Cons: The audio from the built-in speakers is extremely quiet, even when maxed. Had to buy separate speakers to be able to get the audio quality I was hoping for. I’d consider removing them and just have the audio jack. Overall Review: It’s great as just a monitor, no complaints there. It delivers what it sold. Just wish the speakers were better.

Pros: – Good price for 1440p 180Hz
– Able to run 1440p 180Hz with Displayport 1.2 cable (thought it could not given the cable specs)
– Gives both Displayport and HDMI cables
– Small bezels Cons: – Matte screen (personal preference)
– Screen is inset into the frame so cleaning is a bit difficult Overall Review: If someone is looking to step into the 1440p and high Hz monitor world, I would recommend this as a first step given its price, BUT I would preface with the matte screen issues I don’t like. I would not buy this again due to it having a matte screen. It messes with the color and brightness a little at the corners of the screen. I rarely notice it, but when I do, it bothers me.
